1. Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after that time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email once it has been dispatched with your tracking details (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

5. Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, sometimes delays occur due to:
Courier issues or backlogs
Weather disruptions
Customs inspections (for international orders)
If your package is significantly delayed or missing, we’ll help you contact the courier and investigate.
If confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can either:
Reship the parcel (additional postage may apply), or
Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
7. Pre-Orders or Back-Orders
If an item is out of stock or available for pre-order:
It will be clearly marked on the product page.
Estimated dispatch times will be shown.
Orders with pre-order items will ship once all items are ready (unless requested otherwise).
8. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
Contact admin@lyfinex.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing your claim.
