This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges when you buy from www.lyfinex.co.uk.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — for any reason and without penalty.

To exercise your right to cancel:

  • Notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You then have another 14 days to return the item(s).

To start a return, please email admin@lyfinex.co.uk with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for return (optional)

2. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Be returned within the allowed time frame

We cannot accept returns of:

    • Products showing signs of wear or damage

    • Items not purchased directly from our website

    • Gift cards, digital downloads, or clearance items (marked as “final sale”)

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for safe return.

  • If your item is defective or incorrect, Lyfinex will cover all return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a confirmation.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please:

  1. Return it for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the replacement product

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact admin@lyfinex.co.uk immediately.

We may request:

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos or a video showing the problem

  • Your order number and purchase date

If confirmed faulty, we’ll either:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a full refund (including shipping)

7. International Returns

International customers can return items under the same conditions.

Please note:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

  • Mark the parcel clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs delays.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — sometimes refunds take extra time.

  3. If still not received, email us at admin@lyfinex.co.uk.
