At Lyfinex, we stand by the quality and reliability of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage and procedures for claims related to manufacturing defects for items purchased from www.lyfinex.co.uk.

1. Warranty Coverage

All Lyfinex products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in:

  • Materials

  • Workmanship

  • Functionality under normal usage

What is covered:

  • Faulty components

  • Defective charging ports or plugs

  • Electrical malfunctions under normal use

What is NOT covered:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

2. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email admin@lyfinex.co.uk with the subject “Warranty Claim”.

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Your order number

    • Product name/model

    • A detailed description of the issue

    • Photos or a short video showing the defect

  3. Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement: A new product will be sent free of charge.

  • Repair: If feasible, we will repair and return the product.

  • Refund: In some cases, a full or partial refund may be issued to your original payment method.

⚠️ Note: Shipping costs for returning defective items are covered by Lyfinex unless otherwise stated.

4. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
It does not limit your legal rights to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product is not as described, faulty, or unfit for purpose.

5. International Warranty

Lyfinex provides warranty support for international customers.

  • Shipping costs for returning items internationally may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of verified manufacturer defects.

  • Customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.
